10 week mindfulness course

The 10 week course will be conducted in 3 phases of 3 sessions in each phase.
1. First phase focuses on ‘body scanning
2. Second phase focuses on ‘elements of life
3. Third phase focuses on ‘energy centers

The last session is an open session with the possibility of doing a special 1 hr mindfulness session.
What to expect in a session?
1. Introduction and discussion (see attachment) – 30 min
2. Gentle yoga and breathing exercises – 30 min
3. Mindful body scanning – 30 min

Participants are expected to participate in at least 2 sessions in each phase to qualify for the next phase. We also have the opportunity for a compensatory session to make up for the skipped sessions on individual request.
