Workshop DFG Research Funding – Getting Started

This workshop is on DFG research funding – The Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (German Research Foundation) is the central research funding organisation in Germany. Course language will be German. However, discussions will be bilingual.

Advanced doctoral students and postdocs are invited to participate. After an introduction to the basic funding schemes, Prof. Daniela Dieterich will talk about her successful application in the Emmy-Noether-Programme and about her career path.

There will be time for questions and discussions afterwards;

tea, coffee and biscuits will be offered.
