Investigation of the physiology, pathophysiology and plasticity of the human visual system with non-invative electrophysiology (ERG/EEG), MRI (structural/diffusion/functional MRI) at 3 and 7 T magnetic field strength, and psychophysics. This serves to increase our general understanding of the development and reorganisation of the visual system and future diagnostic and therapeutic applications.
