Research Scientist at the Aging and Cognition Research Group at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE) and employed via project ‘Agetime’ (EFRE) at the Otto von Guericke University, Magdeburg

My research focuses on age-related deficits in interval timing and body perception. As the perception of time is fundamentally linked to the perception of space, I am also interested in the neuronal mechanisms underlying the interaction between these perceptual dimensions. To this end, I use neuroimaging (fMRI), psychophysiological (TMS and EEG) and psychophysical methods.
