The realisation of projects (and thus the practice of project management) is now part of everyday life in business and in business organisations. Many goals are only reachable when the “road to success” is created in the form of a project: product development, customer projects, investment projects, organisational development, introduction of new systems and technologies.
Diligence, expertise and social skills alone are not enough to make the complex and cross-disciplinary collaboration in projects. It is necessary to know about the different components of project management such as project planning, project organisation and project controlling.
