In the phase of scientific qualification there is often uncertainty about how the further career should and can be planned. De facto, as an academic you have excellent chances to take a professional path that suits you and that will inspire you in the long term and lead to inner satisfaction. The workshop supports you in shaping this path. Based on the possibilities that your individual profile offers you professionally, the focus is on the question of how you can realize such options. The seminar is intended as an aid to conscious planning for a career outside of science, i.e. in the free economy or in another professional field.
