Each 90 min session will start with 30 min discussion on benefits of mindfulness, followed by 30 min of yoga workout and the remaining 30 min will be devoted to mindfulness.

Bankim has accumulated over 20 years of experience in diverse forms of modern and ancient meditation practices. Using his scientific training in performing neurophysiological and behavioral research, he distills out the core mindfulness practices from the ancient spiritual traditions. In these mindfulness sessions, he would share his mindfulness practice and emphasize on the therapeutic benefits of regularly practicing mindfulness. He is also pursuing his research interest in modulating pain perception using mindfulness as head of the MEG unit at the Central Institute of Mental Health in Mannheim.
